Alrec manages multiple retail roll out programmes and maintenance services for European clients. There is significant demand from existing and new group clients for Alrec to offer a full service including installation and crucially maintenance provision. The role will involve managing these projects with significant client contact and reporting via Alrec’s bespoke e-portal, Symfonia. Based in the small multi-disciplined French office, you would be part of the Alrec services team of around 30 colleagues in 4 countries.

Role specifics and responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage local roll out projects;
  • Client liaison, supplier management, commercial reporting and improvements;
  • Training and liaison with retailers;
  • Management of installation and maintenance requests for multiple clients throughout France;
  • Diagnose issues over the phone to minimize the need for physical store visits. Requires technical knowledge and clear communication skills;
  • Management, sourcing and development of local supply partners;
  • Accurate and timely planning and reporting of site visits including, where applicable, allocation of costs to specific service agreements;
  • Work with the Alrec IT Team to further develop Symfonia and associated smart apps to improve and enhance client satisfaction;
  • Some European travel necessary to fully understand the retail network and liaise with colleagues in Alrec.  

Your Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years experience of installation or maintenance of retail projects;
  • Highly organized problem solver with excellent attention to detail;
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written;
  • Full driving licence;
  • Professional, able to work under pressure and prioritize requests in line with contracts and client agreement;
  • An understanding of electronics would be a plus.
